Replitech PLA VIVID filament is made using an Ingeo 3D850 base resin, which we blend with several additives and pigments to obtain vibrant, lively and spirited hues. If you want your prints to convey realism, freshness and to have a powerful impact, you will really appreciate this PLA blend. It also prints well on most desktop 3D printers, so you will have a pleasant experience using it.

Vivid PLA has very good 3D printing characteristics, including detail precision, on the majority of desktop and industrial 3D printers (it was tested on a range of printers - see details on Replitech website)
The diameter of the filament is closely monitored during production to ensure a close tolerance. The actual diameter limits of each spool are recorded on a label attached on the spool.
The quantity of filament in this package is almost double than the classic 1kg spool. For this reason, the spool is slightly larger. Please check the spool size dimensions to see if it fits on your 3D printing setup.
It has good adhesion to build plates. For improved bed adhesion we recommend to use glue (Elmer's Disappearing Purple and other similar).
It has minimal warping and curling, and low odor when printing.
It has a lower environmental impact than other 3D printing materials
- Bed temperature 60±5°C;
- Nozzle temperature 215±5°C; - It sticks well on a variety of build plates (PEI, glass, tape, etc.); We recommend using water soluble glue; - Print speed: 40 - 100 mm/s (depending on your hot end melting capability and nozzle orifice size) - Like most 3D printing materials, this one is hygroscopic, (i.e. it absorbs water from its surroundings). For better printing results, when storing, use the included bag and desiccant to keep the material as dry as possible.
