ABS MG94, Black, 1.75mm, Tolerance ±0.05mm

• This filament is designed for printing at high speeds and ensures a good surface finish
  
• It has very desirable mechanical and thermal properties
  
• It has very good electrical insulating properties.
  
• The diameter of the filament is closely monitored during production to ensure a close tolerance. The actual diameter limits of each spool are recorded on a label attached on the spool.
  
• The quantity of filament in this package is 600m. For this reason, the spool is slightly larger. Please check the spool size dimensions to see if it fits on your 3D printing setup.
  
• To stick the print to the bed, use ABS specific adhesives or ABS juice or slurry;
  
• It has less warping than other ABS brands, and also lower odor when printing.
  
• It can be easily post processed by sanding, acetone vapor treating and painting

- Bed temperature 100±5°C;
- Nozzle temperature 245±10°C;
- To stick the print to the bed, use ABS specific adhesives or ABS juice or slurry;
- Print speed: 40 - 100 mm/s (depending on your hot end melting capability and nozzle orifice size)
- Using a printer with an enclosure to print this material is recommended; a chamber helps reduce warping;
- Like most 3D printing materials, this one is hygroscopic, (i.e. it absorbs water from its surroundings). For better printing results, when storing, use the included bag and desiccant to keep the material as dry as possible.
